They have nice and friendly staff. They are very accommodating to our needs. They offer airport transfer for affordable price. They do recommend activities and food to try. We’ve gone to one of their recommendations and have no regrets. The room is nice and clean. The hotel has great location, although the Old Quarter is busy, the hotel rooms are peaceful.

After checking in we first got anorher room due to constudtion work. A suite with 3 beds that we did not require but it was a very nice room and bathroom. Then we were moved to another room at the next building which was very old fashioned with an old bathroom where the water was not running properly, so we ask for a new room in the first building and this room was to our satisfaction and this was also like the room on the picture that we booked. We did not have breakfast so no comment on that. The staff is very kind and tries always to help you. The hotel is in the center of old town so you can walk to the lake, beer street and night market.

Walked inside the room and there was a big dead (squished) cockroach in front of one of the beds. The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom itself was poor. The bedding looked clean. The tub did not drain while we were showering and finally fully drained about 10 minutes after we were done with our quick shower. It was honestly pretty gross. The water was also warm for only about 7 minutes.

We arranged airport pick-up which was waiting with my name even though there was a delay getting in through customs, lovely staff, comfortable room & nice firm bed. Best coffee with mix of very good Vietnamese & Western breakfast [made to order omelets] fresh fruit. & - Great location! in Old Quarter by Lake. Hotel arranged Ha Long Bay Tour.

We stayed 5 nights and we had a good experience with this hotel. it was very clean and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful! The hotel is located very central in the old quarter. The only negative thing is that a taxi cannot drive you directly to the hotel. It is located in a very small street. It’s a little bit uncomfortable when you have a lot of luggage. The breakfast: no big variety but it was okay. Don’t expect a big buffet. The breakfast is simple and enough to have something in your stomach to start your day. Thanks for the great time!
